No VA LB help?

From: dvn2rckr (dvn2rckr@yahoo.com) | Date: 2004-05-27 00:14:28 UTC
To anybody in the Northern VA who has already found our Bastion
Letterbox. I recently got an MIA report on it and desperately need
somebody who's already found it to verify whether it is, indeed,
missing. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get back to this area
for several more months so I can't physically check on it myself
anytime soon. I get about an 80% false missing report rate so I
hesitate to kill the clues immediately unless the box is indeed dead
(instead of only being slightly dead).

Thank you for your help if you're able to check on this for us.

OK, I've done my homework, I know where it should be, and I'll go
check it out at lunch tomorrow.
Please confirm if this is a blue top box, a microbox, totally clear
box (in case I only find bits-n-pieces).
